How do I purchase items from Caflin ?

Purchasing items from Caflin is made simple. Once you are ready to buy an item press the black button that says "purchase". From there you will be redirected to our Paypal page which will require you to enter your shipping address. After that is entered the vendor is required to ship to our headquarters. Once we receive the package and check for authenticity we will send the purchased item to you. You will receive an email with your tracking number, and your product will arrive in our unique company packaging.

What transaction service is used ?

The only company that Caflin utilizes for payment processing is PayPal. We do this to ensure protection, functionality, and ease throughout all transactions.

When will I receive my package ?

After the vendor has shipped the item to our headquarters we will provide you with a tracking number via email. However, please make sure that the address you provide on our PayPal checkout page is the address you would like to ship to. Once the address is provided it can no longer be changed. We are not responsible for packages not received after we have shipped them.

International customers must pay for shipping when buying directly from Caflin.

When an item is purchased through Caflin international customers must pay for shipping in a separate transaction. Once an item Is purchased you will receive a separate invoice including payment. The invoice will also confirm your address to ensure your package will arrive promptly.
